Short redescription. Body black; body length of ♀ 1.9 mm (1), of ♂ 1.8 mm (1); length of fore wing of ♀ 2.3 mm (1), of ♂ 2.3 mm (1); antenna blackish, with 25 antennomeres (♀: Figs 24E–F View FIGURE 24 ); mandible brownish, with fourth tooth distinctly visible ( Fig. 24L View FIGURE 24 ); pronope shallow and small, side of pronotum partly granulate posteriorly ( Figs 23A View FIGURE 23 , 24C, 24I View FIGURE 24 ); mesoscutum smooth and glabrous; notauli absent; medio-posterior depression shallow, rather long ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); precoxal sulcus absent ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); pterostigma and other veins brownish yellow, pterostigma moderately developed, its maximum width 1.5 × length of vein r of fore wing; vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal, vein 2-SR of fore wing 3 × as long as vein r; vein r shorter than width of pterostigma ( Fig. 24A View FIGURE 24 ); legs dark brown, hind femur more robust, widened apically ( Fig. 23A View FIGURE 23 ); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.27 × as long as fore wing and 0.3 × body ( Fig. 24G View FIGURE 24 ).
