Lusius Tosquinet, 1903: 384 .

Type species: Lusius macilentus Tosquinet, 1903 , by original designation and monotype.

Mesochorischnus Heinrich, 1938: 128 . Type species: Mesochorischnus tenuissimus Heinrich, 1938 , by original designation and monotype. Synoymized by Townes & Townes (1966: 217).

Apical margin of clypeus thin, not emarginated; frons not vertically striate; malar space 1.0–1.3× longer than basal width of mandible; hind basitarsus as long as segments 2–5; tarsal claws pectinate; second metasomal tergite 2.5× longer than wide apex; gonostyle 0.45× as long as hind tibia................................................................. 2
