Distribution. Ukraine: Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Donetsk,
Kharkiv, Kyiv, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zakarpatska, and
Zhytomyr Regions ( Yunakov et al., 2018 a, b). Most part of Europe, Central Asia, and Siberia ( Alonso-Zarazaga et al., 2017).
Biology. Xero-mesophilic species inhabiting steppes and scattered bushlands ( Yunakov, 2003 b; Yunakov et al., 2018 a). In Ukraine the species is represented by parthenogenetic populations whereas bisexual populations are known from Moldova and the Balkan Peninsula
( Yunakov, 2003 b; Yunakov et al., 2018 a). Polyphagous,
dendro-tamno-chortobiotic species feeding mainly on
Artemisia vulgare , Crataegus sp. , Quercus sp. , Sorbus sp. ,
Rubus sp. , Rumex acerosa , Salvia sp. , Tanacetum vulgare ,
Ulmus sp. , and Urtica dioica ( Yunakov, 2003 b) View in CoL . May damage lives of Salvia officinalis ( Yunakov, 2003 b) View in CoL .
