Santa Fé cluster

Sister to the Floreana /Española cluster in the RADseq tree, but distinguished from it in the SNP–PCA. Despite sharing the most common mitochondrial haplotype, overall the Santa Fé specimens appear to have in their majority different haplotypes than the Floreana /Española ones. No morphological data of Santa Fé specimens are available. We describe the Santa Fé populations as A. c. trillmichi subsp. nov.
