New data: 127: sifting of leaf litter and dead wood, 1.5.2020, 9 T, 2 D, leg. J.C .

European distribution: Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland ( Stol 2006; ChristophoryovÁ & KrajčovičovÁ 2021; WPC 2024).

Notes: The occurrence of the species A. ferum was recently documented for the first time on the territory of Slovakia, namely under the bark of the Platanus tree in the castle park in Malacky ( ChristophoryovÁ & KrajčovičovÁ 2021). The Petržalka find is thus the second known sampling site in Slovakia, but only nymphal stages have been collected in a new type of habitat, dead wood.
