New data: 135: Malaise trap, 16.6.2017, 1 ♀, leg. M.K.

European distribution: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (European part), Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom ( WPC 2024).

Notes: Like the previous species of the genus Lamprochernes , L. nodosus was reidentified based on new characters ( Christophoryová et al. 2023). The species is much rarer, but it also inhabits compost heaps ( KaňuchovÁ et al. 2015; Christophoryová et al. 2023) and bird nests ( Krištofík et al. 1996). Only one new sampling site of the species was added during the present research, it was recorded in the Malaise trap in Rača.
