Stem 4—13(—17) cm, erect, simple or furcate above, with 1-8 clusters of capitula. Leaves 12-18 x 2-2-5(-3- 5) mm, linear-lanceolate, those subtending the clusters up to as long as clusters, subacute. Clusters of capitula 8-10 mm wide, solitary. Involucral bracts 3 x 1 mm, with a straight or recurved arista 1 mm, the inner subacute. Achenes 1 x O-3-O-5 mm, oblong-obovoid, shortly hairy. S.E. Russia, W. Kazakhstan. Rs (E). (C. Asia.)
