Biennial or perennial. Leaves usually 2-pinnatifid, shortly hairy. Scapes numerous, exceeding the leaves, arcuate-ascending or decumbent. Spikes (l-)2-4 x 0-3 cm, lax. Bracts ovate, subobtuse; keel wide. Mountains of Sicilia.
