Diagnosis of genus Trichromadora (modified from Venekey et. al. 2019): Cuticle with a lateral differentiation of three longitudinal rows of thicker punctations. Amphidial fovea slit-like. Buccal cavity with a large dorsal hollow tooth and ventrosublateral teeth not evident. Posterior pharyngeal bulb present. Precloacal supplements cup-shaped.
