Remark: The Indian records and Krishnan’s (1968) redescription and assignment to Thyropygus , which again lacked male characters, are certainly erroneous, because T. cuisinieri seems confined to mainland Vietnam and several islands in the Gulf of Siam off Cambodia and Thailand ( Jeekel 2006, Pimvichai et al. 2011b).
