Distribution. Previously known only from the south-eastern region of Sicily, Eloro and Pachino ( Osella et al. 2005).

New record. Sicilia – Catania: Mount Etna, Est, S. Alfio, 25.VI–15. VIII.2001, 1 ex., leg. Baviera C. (CBC).
