Type data: This species was described from a single male collected in an undetermined locality in Bolivia. Unfortunately, the type specimen was not found during the development of this article. However, in the AMNH there is a female identified by Friese as C. fusciventris scutellosa collected in Guayaquil, Ecuador which corresponds to C. mocsaryi . If the type specimen and the female identified by Friese are conspecific, then C. scutellosa must be a junior synonym of the latter species.
