Type locality: Sekroe , New Guinea, Indonesia

Type host: unknown

Comments: Roberts (1970) stated that the holotype was sent from the LMNH to the BM and from there to Australia, with no indication that it was returned to the LMNH (Guglielmone et al. 2014) .
