Note. In Kovář’s (2007: 570) catalogue of Palaearctic Coccinellidae , Jauravia assamensis Kapur, 1963 , a valid species distributed in northeastern and western India, is erroneously listed under Pharoscymnus . Further, Kovář did not mention this proposed change under the section “New nomenclatorial and taxonomic acts, and comments”.
