Distribution. India: Arunachal Pradesh (Pasighat). Elsewhere: Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia ( Iablokoff-Khnzorian 1982; Poorani & Booth 2016).

Remarks. Poorani & Booth (2016) first time record- ed this species from the Palearctic region of Arunachal Pradesh, and also mentioned to be very rare in mainland India. Earlier, the species was known from the oriental region of Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. We could not find specimen of this species from the study area in our collection.
