Collection information.

USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: 11 individuals from seven sites. Caught in flight trap from 16 June – 9 September 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern United States.

Saproxylic habits.

Prey upon bostrichid beetles boring through dry, seasoned hardwoods, such as Xylobiops Casey, 1898 ( Knull 1951), and occurs in association with others such as Lyctus Fabricius, 1792 ( Opitz 2019).
