Holotype: Ditsong NM. Type locality: Madeira Hill, Queenstown Dist .
MPT: montane gullies. Host ants: Crem. gallicola . For notes on juvenile stages see Heath et al. (2008: 132). A final instar larva is illustrated in Fig. 19 View Figure 19 ; egg and 1 st instar illustrated in Clark & Dickson (1971: 195).
