Type host: Calamus australis Mart.

Type locality: Australia (Nambour, Queensland)

Plant part: leaf

Remarks: it was observed causing yellowish or brownish spots of 0.5 to 1 cm in diameter on the upper leaf surface. Seen as white wax flocks on leaf surface.
