In total, 12 specimens of tardigrades were discovered in three of the four MUC samples that have been analyzed yet (11 specimens in SO286-42 cores 16 and 19, 1 specimen in SO286-47 core 13). These 12 specimens belong to 2 families, 2 genera, and 4 species.
