Lectotype (Meikle, Fl. Cyprus 1: 349. 1977): Herb. Linn. No. 537.4 ( LINN) .

Current name: Ruta chalepensis L. View in CoL ( Rutaceae ).

Note: Although the precise date of publication of Meikle’s typification is uncertain, it is clearly earlier than that of Jafri (in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 50: 2. 30 Dec 1977).
