Senodonia flagellaris ( Garg & Saini, 1996) : Cate, 2007: 186 (synonymised Orientis Vats & Kashyap, 1992 with Senodonia Laporte View in CoL ; catalogue; “SD” as India: Sikkim, Darjeeling District); Gupta et al., 2018: 502 (catalogue; “2C” as India: Sikkim, Darjeeling District); Kundrata et al., 2018b: 278 (catalogue, remarks; India: “ West Bengal ”).

Type Locality. India: Tiger Hill, Darjeeling District , West Bengal .

Type Depository. Holotype, M ( IARI); 2 Paratypes, 2 F ( IARI).

Distribution in India. Manipur (Ukhrul District), West Bengal (Darjeeling District).

General Distribution. India.

Remark. As the presence of this species in Sikkim requires confirmation, this locality is not included here. The species is considered endemic to India.
