Material examined.
Unexamined. High-resolution images of the holotype from Okido et al. (2020) were reviewed.
Diagnostic features.
(1) Eyes small, composed of 7–11 ommatidia; (2) mandible with a curved masticatory margin, apical tooth strong, third tooth robust, followed by 5 small teeth and a basal tooth; (3) propodeal spines triangular, variable in length, usually extending beyond (sometimes just reaching) the posterior propodeal margin; (4) petiole short, as long as or slightly longer than height in lateral view, dorsal crest positioned at middle length; (5) head and mesosoma with longitudinal rugae, sometimes interspersed with puncta.

Yunnan; THAILAND, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA.
