India: Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Punjab (Chandra & Jehamalar, 2012); Telangana ( Chandra et al., 2021), Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal (Chandra & Jehamalar, 2012).
