India: Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Odisha, Pondicherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu (Chandra & Jehamalar, 2012); Telangana ( Chandra et al., 2021), Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal (Chandra & Jehamalar, 2012). Elsewhere: Australia, Austria, China, Formosa, Indonesia, Japan, Malay Peninsula, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and New Guinea (Chandra & Jehamalar, 2012).
