India: Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Odisha, Pondicherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu ( Chandra et al., 2020); Telangana ( Chandra et al., 2021) and West Bengal ( Chandra et al., 2020). Elsewhere: Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malay Peninsula, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam ( Chandra et al., 2020).
