Material examined: India: Assam; Baksa, Manas National Park , 18.x.2022, 2♂, 3 ♀♀, Coll. M.S.Pandher, ( HARC, ZSI Solan), Reg. no. HARC /I-8680 ; Assam; Baksa, Manas National Park , 15.x.2022, 1♂, Coll. M.S. Pandher, ( HARC, ZSI Solan), Reg. no. HARC /I-8776 .

Diagnosis: The male genitalia of Anisocentropus ulmeri is similar to Anisocentropus handschini Ulmer, 1951 (reported from Java) with tips of the Preanal appendages in both of these species are much wider but short; and the basal bulge on each inferior appendage smaller. Anisocentropus ulmeri is also similar to Anisocentropus pan Malicky and Chantaramongkol, 1994 in Malicky, 1994 (reported from Thailand) but the two tips of each preanal appendages much broader and the ventral tip is longer in the case of Anisocentropus pan .

Adult Male: Overall colour in alcohol pale yellowish, wings without any patches, Forewing length 8.5 mm (n=6) broad and triangular (s 6,7).

Male genitalia ( Figs. 1-5 ): Segment IX with tergite and sternite fused laterally, anterior margin straight, posterior margin with two-lobed projections. Tergum X with a straight dorsal edge then bent obliquely downwards, produced into finger-shaped process as viewed in lateral view. Preanal appendages each short, branched, deeply rounded in between, ventral branch slightly curved downward, claw-like. Each inferior appendage is branchless, basally expanded upward and downwards, extends into a long thin, upward curved finger in lateral view, and is almost straight, mesoapically curved in ventral view. Phallus long, slender, stretched, basally broad, slightly sub distally narrower, distally with some rounded sclerites as viewed in lateral and ventral view.
