D e s c r i p t i o n: Conochitina with flat or concave base, rounded basal edge. Straight to convex flanks. Maximal width is near to the middle of the vesicle’s length. The neck is short and it is usually widened in the apertural direction.

D i s c u s s i o n: This species differs from Conochitina sp. B in the location of the maximal diameter of the vesicle and by the widening of the neck.
