Present status. Lobesia subherculeana (Filipjev, 1924) .
Comments. In Gilligan at al. (2018), the type locality was given erroneously as “Siberia, Minsk” and the holotype sex was marked as unknown.
Taxonomic notes. The genitalia slide of the male lectotype was prepared by Falkovitsh, and the label “Holotypus Polychrosis subherculeana Fil. ♂ ” was likely written by him. However, since the holotype of subherculeana was not designated in the original description, this specimen should be treated as the lectotype (here designated).
