SYNONYM(S): Aletis monteironis Druce, 1883 ; Cartaletis entebbena Strand, 1921a .

DISTRIBUTION: Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: ‘Lusaka’, in Lusaka Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include three Rubiaceae species namely, Oxyanthus latifolius Sond. , O. speciosus DC. and Randia sp. ( African Moths 2019).
