DISTRIBUTION: Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Cȏte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Oman, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: 10 km S Isoka GoogleMaps [Latitude, - 10°11′50″ S; Longitude, 32°37′41″ E] and Mutinondo Wilderness [Latitude, - 12°23′30′′ S; Longitude , 31°19′22′′ E], both localities in Muchinga Province; Kapishya Hot springs Lodge [Latitude, - 11° 10’ 16” S; Longitude, 31° 36’ 03” E], in Northern Province; Senanga, in Western Province; Hillwood Farm [Latitude, - 11°16.01′ S; Longitude, 24°18.99′ E], in Northwestern Province.
LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include an unidentified Fabaceae species ( Indigofera sp. ).
