Material examined. S & TL coll. 1 lectotype.

Identity. Acleris laterana (Fabricius) ( Tortricinae , Tortricini ) ( Karsholt and Nielsen 1976).

Remarks. The identity and lectotype designation was published by Karsholt and Nielsen (1976).
