Pachyseius molossus Berlese, 1923: 248 . Type locality: Indonesia — Sumatra.
Pachyseius molossus .— Vitzthum, 1926: 20.
Notes. Moraza & Johnston (2002) stated that Vitzthum (1941) synonymised Pachyseius molossus with Neoparasitus oudemansi , but we have been unable to find that statement in Vitzthum (1941). Vitzthum (1926) found that his new species Pachyseius quartus was morphologically very similar to Pachyseius molossus , but much smaller.
