Material examined. 2 ♀, NEPAL, Mechi Zone, Taplejung Distr., Ladza Kharka in Ladza Khola NW Walungchung Gola , 4100-4200 m, 21.-23.V.1988, dwarf Rhododendron creeping Juniperus , J. Martens & W. Schawaller ( SMNS) .
Comments. This new species may easily be distinguished from P. baliyo by its frontal sulcusstrongly widened posteriad, much wider than the frontal carinae and approaching eyes, and the vertex with a deep median impression.
