Diagnosis.

Male S 5 with sparse short setae, a basally shallow constricted posteromedial lobe (with tufts of small, flat setulae and a narrow lateral process), and a pair of bristles at the base of the posteromedial lobe of S 5 (Fig. 23 d ). Surstylus with four robust bristles on the internal lobe of the surstylus, numerous ventral setae, and one short robust tooth-like posterior bristle (Fig. 23 a, b ).

Type locality.

Japan, Saitama, Iruma-gun, Moroyama.

Distribution.

China (Chongqing, Gansu, Guizhou, Hubei, Jiangxi, Jilin, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Xizang, Yunnan); Japan (Saitama).

Comments.

Previous Chinese records of this species are from Jiangxi, Jilin, Liaoning, and Shaanxi ( Su and Liu 2009; Su 2011; Dong et al. 2020). Here we present new records from Chongqing, Gansu, Guizhou, Hubei, Tibet, and Yunnan.
