Basionym:— Metahygrobiella acutiloba Inoue, Bull. Natl. Sci. Mus. Tokyo, n.s. 10: 155, 1967 ( Inoue 1967). Type :— MALAYSIA. Pahang: Gunung Brinchang , Cameron Highlands , ca. 6600 ft., Inoue 11213 ( holotype TNS!)
