Collection information.

USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: 10 individuals from five sites. Caught in flight trap from 9 April – 2 June 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern North America.

Saproxylic habits.

unknown; larvae of Canifa LeConte, 1866 develop under the bark of dead logs ( Pollock 2002).

Conservation.

Occurrence probability increases with the amount of landscape forest cover in the Piedmont ( Traylor et al. 2024).
