Mendrisio ( TI), Arzo, Cave di Marmo, 540 m ü.M., 717/082, 5.8.2018, Lichtfang im ehemaligen Marmorsteinbruch (M. Fluri). Das ursprüngliche Verbreitungsgebiet dieser Art liegt in Südostasien. In den letzten Jahren wurden wenige, vermutlich mit ih- rer Nahrungspflanze (Stechpalme, Ilex ) verschleppte Falter, auch in Europa beobach- tet. Die Art scheint sich aber bisher nicht etablieren zu können .
