This species has a very limited distribution in Indiana GoogleMaps , Kentucky GoogleMaps , and Ohio GoogleMaps ( Stark & Baumann 1978; Stark 2004). Grubbs (2004) listed it from four southern Indiana GoogleMaps counties.

Poison Creek, 5 mi NW Derby, [ 38.04836, -86.60128], 8/1/1975, A.V. Provonsha, M. Minno, ♀ ( PERC) GoogleMaps ; Switzerland Co., Indian Creek, 2 mi W Mt. Sterling, [ 38.79751, -85.09323], 7/18/1972, A.V. Provonsha, E. Levine, ♂ ( PERC) GoogleMaps .
