General distribution: Mediterranean–Turanian. Central and South Europe, Transcaucasia, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Iran and Turkmenistan.

Distribution in Israel: Samaria.

Period of flight in Israel: Unknown.

Host plants: Various Poaceae species.
