General distribution: Mediterranean. South and Central Europe and Turkey. Distribution in Israel: All over Mediterranean part.

Period of flight in Israel: May–September.

Host plants: Teucrium scorodonia ( Lamiaceae ), Verbascum thapsus , Scrophularia sp. ( Scrophulariaceae ).
