Diagnosis
Nymph: Lateral margin of anterior projection of head without indentation; anterior surface of front tarsus with row of setae* ( Fig. 2F); posterior margin of abdominal terga without spines; lateral margin of abdominal terga without fine, simple setae; abdominal posterolateral projections present on segments IV–IX; inner margin of outer lamella of gill IV without long, simple setae.
Imago: Vein MA bifurcates next to the base of front wing; penis lobe with proximal sclerotized process* ( Fig. 4J).
Disribution
Palaearctic, Saharo-Arabian, Afrotropical and Sino-Japanese regions.
