Diagnosis.
Syntergite 1 + 2 with weakly sclerotized anteromedial patch. Sternite 5 with two small patches of short but stout posterior bristles (Fig. 29 d View Figure 29 ). Surstylus with two very short, blunt bristles at the apex of the posteroventral lobe (Fig. 29 a – c View Figure 29 ).
Type locality.
Nepal, Taplejung Distr., river banks below Tamrang Bridge [5500 ft].
Distribution.
China (Beijing, Xizang, Yunnan); Indonesia; Nepal.
Comments.
Terrilimosina unio Marshall , newly recorded from China, resembles T. brevipexa Marshall , from which it differs in having a weakly sclerotized anteromedial patch on syntergite 1 + 2, two small patches of short but stout posterior bristles on S 5 (Fig. 29 d View Figure 29 ), and two very short, blunt bristles at the apex of the posteroventral lobe of the surstylus (Fig. 29 a – c View Figure 29 ). Terrilimosina brevipexa Marshall has a uniformly sclerotized syntergite 1 + 2, a patch of posteromedial setulae on S 5 (Fig. 5 d View Figure 5 ), and ~ 5 very short, blunt bristles at the apex of the posteroventral lobe of the surstylus (Fig. 5 a – c View Figure 5 ).
