E. baldizzonei wurde aus dem Aostatal beschrieben. Neben der Typenserie lag noch ein Exemplar aus Österreich vor (TraugottOlsen, 1996). In der Zwischenzeit wurde die
Art auch aus den Französischen Alpen ge- Abb. 7. Rhigognostis schmaltzella , Bourg-St.Pimeldet ( Nel 2001). Es dürften auch hier noch erre, 6.6.2015. (Foto A. Kopp)
Belege in Sammlungen unter Elachista collitella (Duponchel, 1843) verborgen sein.
