( Figs 145–151 View FIGURES 145-151 )
Diagnosis. Belonging to group buitrerensis . Unlike the other species in the group, it has hypandrium with a single basal acuminate process, central area without field of setae; phallosome with oval parameres ( Fig. 151 View FIGURES 145-151 ), forewing with brown spots on the anal cells, CuA CuP and pterostigma ( Fig. 145 View FIGURES 145-151 ).
Male. Color (in plate and 80% ethanol). Head ( Fig. 147 View FIGURES 145-151 ) dark brown with light cream genae. Dark brown compound eyes. Forewings ( Fig. 145 View FIGURES 145-151 ) with some spots pale brown to brown, veins brown and pterostigma light brown and brown apically. Hindwings ( Fig. 146 View FIGURES 145-151 ) hyalines, veins brown. Epiproct and paraprocts pale brown. Hypandrium and phallosome brown.
Morphology. As in diagnosis, plus the following: Head ( Fig. 147 View FIGURES 145-151 ): H/MxW: 1.08; compound eyes large, pedunculated, H/D: 2.40; IO/MxW: 0.71. Vertex V–shaped wide, below upper level of compound eyes. Outer cusp of lacinial tips with four denticles. Forewings ( Fig. 145 View FIGURES 145-151 ): L/W: 2.90. Pterostigma: lp/wp: 3.94, areola postica: al/ah: 1.45. Hindwings ( Fig. 146 View FIGURES 145-151 ): l/w: 2.78. Hypandrium asymmetrical ( Fig. 150 View FIGURES 145-151 ), with an acuminate process in the middle part of the left margin, medial band without setae, left margin with a row of small teeth with a rounded apex after the acuminate process, with two posterior lateromedial projections. Phallosome rhomboid ( Fig. 151 View FIGURES 145-151 ), asymmetric, with apically rounded parameres; aedeagus apically acuminate and curved to the right, widely articulated to the two parameres, phallobase basally truncated. Epiproct ( Fig. 148 View FIGURES 145-151 ) projected on the clunium, rhomboid, with rounded margins and narrower anterior end. Paraprocts ( Fig. 149 View FIGURES 145-151 ) oval with straight apical process, shorter than the rest of the paraproct, ending in a small, curved hook; sensory fields with 40 trichobothria on basal rosettes.
