Material examined. 1♀, labelled “Rog. 1093 ” (DThU), NE Vietnam: Tuyen Quang, Na Hang, Son Phu , MT, forest, 22°17’34’’N 105°20’19’’E 561m, 25.viii.2018, KD Long GoogleMaps .
Diagnostic characters. (Based on a single female specimen collected in Vietnam). Body length: 7.5 mm; fore wing length: 5.4 mm; ovipositor length: 0.5 mm. In lateral view, length of mesosoma 1.7 × as long as high; pterostigma 6.0 × as long as wide; r: 2-SR: 3-SR: SR1 = 12: 19: 32: 58; vein cu-a of fore wing vertical, slightly postfurcal; cu-a: 2-CU1: 3-CU1 = 9: 36: 7 ( Fig. 6C View FIGURE 6 ); first tergite 1.35 × as long as its apical width ( Fig. 6A View FIGURE 6 ); medial length of second tergite 1.7 × than third tergite.
Male. Unknown.
Host. According to Quicke & Shaw (2005), this wasp was reared from the caterpillar of Phyllopteryx elongata ( Quicke & Shaw 2005) .
Distribution. Northeastern Vietnam: Tuyen Quang province (Na Hang NP) – new records for Vietnam. Outside Vietnam known from Indonesia (Java).
