The T. pallida View in CoL species-group
Diagnosis. Species of the T. pallida species-group are characterised by the limited sexual dimorphism and the lack of the costal protrusion of the forewing. In the male genitalia, the wide, laterally flattened and distally bilobate distal saccular process is diagnostic. Additionally, the dorsal section of the valva is large and the vesica is broad with several diverticula of various shapes and a single terminal cornutus, which is thin and strongly elongate. In the female genitalia, the posterior section of the corpus is broad and heavily gelatinous with areas of sclerotisation, and the appendix bursae is large, gelatinous and situated laterally.
Note. The species-group was erected and reviewed by Volynkin (2023c); another new species was subsequently described by Huang et al. (2024).
