Genus Tephraea Burmeister, 1842

The genus was revised by Holm (1992) and includes sixteen species ( Beinhundner 2017a). Within this assemblage, one species was previuously recorded for Angola ( Beinhundner 2017a, Schoolmeesters 2018). A new species record for this country is given in this work.
