Curculio gibbosus Thunberg, 1813 ( Fig. 15 )

The name is a junior primary homonym (not Gmelin 1790, not Paykull 1792) and applies to a species of Bronchus Germar in Cyclominae . Marshall (1904) did not see the types of Thunberg’s presumably five Bronchus species and his interpretations require verification. Two specimens.
