Type species: Chrysopa kichijoi Kuwayama, 1936 View in CoL , by original designation.
Diagnosis. Medium-sized green lacewings; body color mostly greenish. Head with black markings on lateral clypeus and gena, frons marked or not; palpus tapered apically, mandibles broad, asymmetrical. Pronotum with brown stripes laterally, meso- and metanotum unmarked. Sterna with red stripe, tergum marked or not. Male genitalia with asymmetrical gonapsis; tignum absent.
Distribution. Palearctic and Oriental regions.
