Densely pulvinate perennial with unbranched flowering stems 4-14 cm. Leaves 10-40 mm, linear-lanceolate, rigid. Cymes 2- to 7-flowered. Sepals 5-10 mm, lanceolate, 5- to 7- veined; petals exceeding sepals. Capsule included. Mountain rocks. • S. Europe from c. 11° to c. 22° E. Al It Ju Rm Si.
